According to The Daily Mail (2006-01-12) BBC-2's "Arena" this fall will present an access all areas documentary on the Euro tour.
Sirius Radio - WHO CHANNEL:
Sept 15th came the announcement that Sirius Satellite Radio was to launch a 24-Hour
Who radio channel in the US. The channel would be "produced" by Pete and Roger,
feature exclusive interviews with bandmembers, broadcasts of current US tour
dates and past concerts, and backstage reports from Rachel Fuller. The channel
would debut on Sept 21st, and is a limited run channel. All sorts of tracks
from the Who's group and solo catalog would be features, includeing rare and
live tracks. There would be a nightly broadcast of concerts from the current
tour.
Basically, they have been broadcasting the previous nights show (in jumbled order and not always complete) every night at 9pm, and if there wasn't a show the night before, they dig back deeper into the previous leg of the tour.
Pete started this tour off with grand webcasting plans that eventually fell apart. In May he posted a diary entry that outlined it all. The plan was to stream 30 minutes of each show featuring at least one number live, for just 99 cents. The proceeds to go to local health, childrens and street charities. Prior to each webcast from the live gig, there would be a special edition of In The Attic (hosted by Rachel Fuller & Mikey Cithbert) with Pete & Simon and various guests making appearances. Then, every few weeks, they would webcast and entire Who show, proceeds again for a major charity.

On July 21st, Pete posted a "news" entry that was all over the map - boasting about the huge viewership numbers that In The Attic and the Live segments have been racking up, followed by a statement that future ones will be far and few between because he has rejected the idea of corporate sponsorship, and that he is "currently negotiating with Roger" to contunue including live clips of The Who within 'In The Attic'. In his Diary post of the same date, Pete explains some of the background static that has been happening. Roger it seems feels that somehow there is a large chunk of salary being lost with the free and charity webcasts and "wants a piece of the future 'profit'". On the 24th, Pete's Diary entry put the final nail in the webcast coffin. "... there will be no free webcasting of any more Who shows, or even segments of the shows, Live or streamed on demand. I may be able to post some segments of the shows in Rachel’s In The Attic series, but only if we can work out some way to pay Roger for exhibiting (or should I say exploiting) his magnificent image and vocals. " He goes on to explain that Roger does not see any real benefit from all fo the webcasting, and that Pete cannot continue to finance a WHO endeavor with his money alone. The last date to have any bits webcast from will be Zaragosa. He also announce the dismantlement of the "thewho.com" micro site that has been a part of Petetownshend.com for so long. He hopes to see a new who.com that will see Roger as a contributor not only in content and involvement, but also financially. A day later he also admitted that "Sadly, I announced my grand plans, and put them in action, before Roger really had a chance to digest what I was doing."
